New — Trend Alerts on Pro: Podium texts you the moment your topics start moving.

How it works

From a description of your business to a post you approved

Podium AI is an AI social media manager that learns your voice, watches the sources you care about, and drafts posts for you to approve. Here is the whole loop — nothing hidden behind a demo request.

  1. You describe your business once

Setup is a short conversation, not a settings screen. Say what you do, who you want to reach, and what you want out of social. Paste posts you have written, or point Podium at your account, so it hears how you sound.

From that it builds a private brief: your voice, your audience, the topics you own, the topics you never want touched. Refine any of it later in plain English — no config file.

  2. You connect the account it will post to

Podium connects to X through X's own authorization flow. It never asks for your password, and you can revoke access from either side at any time. Reddit is built and coming soon.

Connecting is also how it keeps learning your voice from recent posts, and how it later reports on what you published.

  3. Your agent watches the sources you choose

Point it at what you already read: subreddits, RSS and news feeds, pasted links or text, and X or Reddit accounts worth following. A new agent with no sources gets live suggestions, so it is never starting from nothing.

It scans on a schedule, skips what it has seen, and marks which sources actually produce — so you drop the quiet ones instead of guessing.

  4. It drafts in your voice, and screens the draft before you see it

When something worth posting appears, your agent writes it from your brief — short and sharp for X, never a generic template. Every draft is checked against your voice, your topic boundaries, the platform's norms, and everything you have already published.

Drafts that fail those checks never reach you, and you can see why one was held. Not waiting? Give it an idea in the app and it drafts on the spot.

  5. You approve by text, by email, or in the app

The draft arrives as a text. Reply YES to publish, NO to skip, or just say what you would rather — "make it shorter", "lead with the number" — and it rewrites and asks again. Dictate an exact post and it publishes that, word for word.

Nothing publishes without your yes. There is no autopilot. Prefer not to use SMS? The whole loop lives in the app's Drafts studio, and email works too.

  6. It publishes, logs it, and keeps watching

On approval the post goes to your account and into an audit trail you can read: what went out, when, from which source, and what it passed. Posting is paced — a hard daily ceiling and a minimum gap — so your account never looks automated.

On Pro and Enterprise, a Performance tab reports how published posts did, pulled from the platform's own numbers.

What it does not do

The honest limits

Worth knowing before you sign up, so nothing here is a surprise later.

  • It posts to X. Reddit is built and coming soon. LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads are not supported.
  • It does not post without your approval, so it cannot run entirely unattended.
  • It does not auto-follow, auto-like, or auto-reply to strangers. It drafts posts, you approve, it publishes.
  • It does not run a content calendar. It drafts when your sources produce something worth posting about.
  • Performance reporting is available on Pro and Enterprise, and it is reporting — it does not yet change how drafts are written.

Set it up once. Approve by text after that.
