Terms of Service

Effective date: July 14, 2026

Podium AI ("Podium," "we," "us," or "our") is a product of GlassVault LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and provides an AI-assisted social media drafting and posting service (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or using Podium, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Podium, matching the minimum age requirement of the third-party platforms (X, Reddit) you may connect. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. What Podium Does

Podium connects to your X and/or Reddit account via official OAuth and, based on a business description and voice sample you provide:

  • Learns your voice and drafts platform-native posts and replies from source material you configure.
  • Runs every draft through a deterministic scoring and safety gate before it can be published.
  • Either holds drafts for your explicit approval (default, "approval mode" — via the in-app Drafts tab or a conversational SMS/email approval loop) or, only if you explicitly opt in per agent, posts autonomously within safety limits (posting velocity caps, cooldowns, duplicate-content detection, and a semantic safety pass on higher-risk drafts).
  • Surfaces a timeline and audit log of everything an agent has drafted, held, or posted, so you can see what happened and why.

Podium does not guarantee any level of engagement, reach, follower growth, or other outcome from content it drafts or posts. Content quality and platform algorithms are outside our control.

3. Your Account and Connected Platforms

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Podium login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Connecting an X or Reddit account grants Podium the ability to read and post to that account only in the manner your agent's posting mode allows (approval-gated by default). You can disconnect a platform or delete an agent at any time, which revokes that access going forward.
  • Your connected accounts remain subject to that platform's own terms. Using Podium does not exempt you from X's User Agreement (see https://x.com/tos) or Reddit's User Agreement. You are solely responsible for your compliance with those terms, including content policies, rate limits, and prohibitions on automated/bulk access. Podium is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability for, any suspension, rate-limiting, content removal, or other enforcement action a platform takes against your connected account, whether or not related to your use of Podium.
  • Podium's own use of the X and Reddit APIs is limited to their officially published interfaces and is designed to respect each platform's posting-frequency and content-duplication rules; it does not scrape or access non-public systems.

4. AI-Generated Content Is Your Responsibility

  • Drafts are generated by AI models based on your voice profile, business description, and source material. They may contain errors, be off-brand despite our best effort, or otherwise not match what you intended.
  • In approval mode (the default for every new agent), nothing is published to your account without your explicit yes/approve action — in the app, or by replying to an SMS/email approval message.
  • In autonomous mode (opt-in, per agent, and gated by your plan), drafts that pass the scoring, safety, and credit checks described in our documentation publish without a per-post human review. By enabling autonomous mode for an agent, you accept responsibility for the content it publishes on your behalf, subject to the safety gate's limits.
  • You agree not to use Podium to generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or that violates the connected platform's rules. Podium reserves the right to suspend an agent or account it reasonably believes is being used this way.

5. Credits, Plans, and Billing

  • Podium is billed through a combination of subscription plans (Free / Go / Pro / Enterprise) and a credit balance. Plans control what an account is allowed to do (agent count, monthly posting caps, autonomous posting eligibility); credits meter individual metered actions (draft generation, notifications, publishing, discovery searches) as described in-app and in our credits documentation.
  • Credits are debited only when an action actually completes — for example, a draft that's generated but never approved costs only its generation credit, and a discovery search is billed on attempt regardless of what it finds.
  • Paid plans and credit-pack purchases are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and any plan-tier downgrade follows the same pattern. Credit purchases and spent credits are non-refundable except where required by law; unused credits do not expire.
  • A card-required free trial (where offered) converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless canceled before it ends. Activation bonus credits for a paid plan are granted only once a subscription is actually active (billed), not while merely trialing.
  • We may change plan pricing or credit costs prospectively, with notice through the app or by email before the change takes effect on your account.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to anything already prohibited above, you agree not to:

  • Use Podium to circumvent the posting-safety gate, spend limits, or plan restrictions of the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract Podium's underlying prompts, scoring logic, or proprietary systems.
  • Use the Service to send spam, engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, or otherwise manipulate platform engagement metrics.
  • Interfere with or attempt to disrupt Podium's infrastructure or other users' use of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content your agent drafts and publishes on your behalf. You grant Podium a limited license to process, store, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you. Podium and its licensors retain all rights to the underlying software, models, prompts, scoring systems, and other proprietary technology that power the Service — no rights to that technology are granted to you beyond your right to use the Service itself.

8. Termination

You may stop using Podium and delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how to request deletion of your data). Deleting an agent removes its context documents, sources, and stored credentials. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal risk for Podium, or if required by law.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate, on-brand, or produce any particular engagement result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podium and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes (e.g., via the app or email). Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
