Questions

Podium AI, answered

What Podium AI does, which platforms it supports, why every post waits for your approval, what it costs, and how to leave. No marketing hedges.

What does Podium AI actually do?

Podium AI is an AI social media manager. You describe your business in plain language and connect your X account. Your agent learns your voice from that description plus your own posts, watches the sources you point it at, drafts posts that sound like you, and sends them to you for approval. When you approve, it publishes to your account.

Does Podium AI post without my approval?

No. Every post requires your explicit approval before it publishes. You can approve by replying to a text message, replying to an email, or clicking approve in the app. There is no mode that publishes on your behalf without a yes from you.

Which social platforms does Podium AI support?

X (formerly Twitter) is supported today. Reddit support is built and will be enabled in the product soon. Podium AI does not currently support LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Threads.

How does Podium AI learn my voice?

During onboarding you describe your business, who you are trying to reach, and what you want from social. You can also paste in posts you have written or point the agent at your existing account. Podium AI builds a private brief from those inputs and drafts every post against it. You can refine that brief at any time in plain English.

Where do the post ideas come from?

From sources you choose: subreddits, RSS and news feeds, links you paste, content you paste in directly, and specific X or Reddit accounts worth watching. Your agent scans them for new material and drafts from what it finds. You can also give it a one-off idea and have it draft on the spot.

Will the posts sound like generic AI content?

That is the specific problem Podium AI is built to avoid. Drafts are written against your own brief rather than a generic template, and every draft is checked against your voice, your topic boundaries, and the platform's norms before it reaches you. You still see and approve each one, so anything that misses stays unpublished.

How much does Podium AI cost?

Podium AI has four plans. Free is $0 and includes one agent. Go is $6.99/month. Pro is $29/month and adds a second agent plus performance reporting. Enterprise is $99/month. Annual billing is discounted on every paid plan, and there is a card-required 3-day Pro trial.

Can I cancel Podium AI at any time?

Yes. You can cancel or downgrade from inside the app at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. You can also resume a scheduled cancellation before it takes effect.

Is my X account safe? Could I get suspended?

Podium AI is built to respect platform rules. Posting is rate-limited per agent with a hard daily ceiling and a minimum gap between posts, duplicate content is blocked before it can go out, and higher-risk drafts get an extra safety review. Because nothing publishes without your approval, you remain the last check on everything that reaches your account.

What happens to my data, and can I disconnect?

You can disconnect a social account or delete an agent at any time from the app. Disconnecting revokes Podium AI's access at X or Reddit and removes the stored credential. Deleting an agent also deletes its brief, its sources, and its stored credentials. Full detail is in the privacy policy.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Podium AI runs in your browser and can be installed to your phone home screen as a web app. Day to day you can run the whole approval loop from text messages without opening the app at all.

Can Podium AI show me how my posts performed?

Pro and Enterprise plans include a Performance tab that reports engagement on posts your agent published, pulled from the platform's own metrics. It is reporting today — Podium AI does not yet use those results to change how it drafts or ranks.

Set it up once. Approve by text after that.
